Purchasing Policies
Exchange Policies:
The pieces must be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, they must be in perfect condition and without modifications (adjustment, engraving, customizations, etc.).
We do not accept returns of merchandise in exchange for a monetary refund. We work with credit notes, which do not expire and can be used to purchase any other item at its regular price.
Warranty Policies:
All our jewelry has a 1-month warranty against factory damage. Our jeweler inspects the pieces and determines how the damage occurred. If it is determined to be a factory defect, Flawless will assume 100% of the cost of replacing the piece. If it is determined that the damage was caused by incorrect use (knocks, pulls, poor maintenance, etc.), the cost of repair will be borne by the customer if he/she wishes to proceed.
Subscription Policies:
Maximum period of 3 months from the day the first payment is made. It is allowed to exchange the piece for the same amount (or more) than the piece originally paid at its regular price. We do not send credit notes for the amount paid. If the piece is not paid for within 3 months, Flawless will proceed to put the pieces up for sale and the customer will lose the amount paid.
Promotions such as Stone of the Month, Black Weekend and other special discounts must be new purchases (payment with credit note or exchanges is not valid).
